EJ knows about English Bulldogs.

She's been around them all her life. She's bred them and created income streams from two successful litters she raised. She can talk about bulldogs forever, because she even has an amazing "it could only happen to me" story about them that makes for interesting conversation. Easily, she could choose to create an article series about English Bulldogs. There are two passive income streams that are mentioned here, raising animals and writing articles. Stay tuned!

Carrying forward on the alternate energy theme, both EJ and John worked in the Solar Energy generation field and John has worked in the Wind Energy field. So, they both can carry on an informed conversation about alternate energy in general and solar and wind in particular.

What can I talk a long time about and stay interested to myself and stay interesting to others?

EJ teaches a 3-hour long class on publishing once a month at the Colorado Free University in Denver, Colorado (freeu.com). She packs a lot in that period of time, and they still usually want more. She sells her book, "The Basics of Profitable Publishing," as the textbook and then sells all her other books, including this one and her fiction novel "Angel On Board," after the class.

She's created many income streams (both active and passive); tuition, book sales, referrals and she's gained new clients all within the same 3 hours. Last month this netted her about $350.
