Referral bonuses are an amazing way to create passive income just by talking to people. If someone you know has a great service or product, find out what they are paying for referrals. Many times they belong to a networking club or two and actively ask for referral clients or customers. They will pay a percentage for a lead or a sale. Ask them what that payment is and how they track it. If this is a person you appreciate, likely you've already been sending them customers that they'd be willing to pay you for.
